Enhance the already robust Divi Contact Form Module by incorporating additional features such as an upload field or a date picker field! Setup and personalize submission confirmation emails or obtain feedback with a star-rating field. This indispensable plugin enriches the Contact Module’s capabilities, eliminating the need to create new forms. Your existing forms are safe!

You can send users a confirmation copy of their submission, which can be quite useful for bookings, reservations, or other types of submissions containing pertinent details or information.

It can help avoid misunderstandings, errors or disputes that may arise due to inaccurate information or misunderstandings. Therefore, enabling the option to send users a confirmation copy of their submission can significantly improve the user experience by providing them with peace of mind and a reliable record of their submissions.

Tip: you can also use the confirmation email feature to send a voucher, coupon or URL to a pdf in order to collect email addresses.

Please note: confirmations mails may contain HTML and dynamic tags. Templates are not included.

Get ready to wave goodbye to the stress and frustration of missing form submission email notifications! With our plugin, you’ll never have to worry about missing out on important form submissions again. This game-changing feature saves every single form submission directly into your WordPress dashboard, allowing you to access vital information from years ago with just a few clicks! You only realize you needed this feature… when it’s too late.

Until now, it was impossible to have your visitors add attachments to the Divi Contact Module. Customize accepted file types and size and edit any label to fit your website’s needs. Files can also be viewed in a handy list from your admin panel. Multiple files can be uploaded to a single field, and are securely stored in your WordPress database.

You can set the allowed file size, file type, and the maximum number of files. Great to set up a job application form or to allow users to upload reference pictures.

Pick a date! Whether you are organizing an event or creating a reservation form, a date picker is an essential component. With Divi Contact Module PRO, integrating a date picker field into your form is a breeze. This feature enables you to customize your date picker to block specific days of the week or particular dates, and even restrict users to select only future dates.

One effective way to gather feedback from customers or clients is by incorporating a star rating field in your Divi Forms. You have the option to choose from various styles and layouts, including 5 or 10-star rating systems.

By implementing feedback forms, you can gain valuable insights into your customers’ experiences, satisfaction levels, and areas that require improvement. The star rating field is a straightforward and user-friendly way for your customers to express their opinions and rate their experiences.

Including an excessive number of options in a dropdown list can result in poor user experience. To simplify the process for your clients, consider adding a search field to your dropdown fields. By enabling this feature, users can quickly search within the dropdown list for their desired option.

This search field can enhance the usability of your form, making it more user-friendly and efficient. Users can save time and effort by searching for their desired option instead of scrolling through a long list of choices.
